NÜME Labs ships research compounds under conditions built to protect chemical integrity from our facility to your laboratory. This policy explains how orders are processed, packaged, and delivered.
- Order Processing
Orders are reviewed and prepared for dispatch within 48 hours of a confirmed order. Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays are processed the next business day. We reserve the right to hold or cancel any order that falls outside a legitimate research context.
- Packaging
Every lot is dispatched in temperature-stable packaging designed to preserve chemical integrity during transit. Lyophilized compounds are packed to hold structural stability under standard shipping conditions.
- Carriers and Transit
Orders are dispatched from domestic facilities via secure couriers. A tracking reference is issued once your order leaves our facility. Transit timelines depend on the carrier and destination and are estimates, not guarantees.
- Title and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier. Once a lot enters the carrier network, custody has transferred, and material handling from that point forward is outside our control.
- Delays and Failed Delivery
Carrier delays, weather, and customs handling can affect delivery timing and are outside our control. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided or a failure to receive delivery, any reshipment may be subject to additional charges.
- Restricted Regions
Regulations governing research compounds vary by state and country. It is your responsibility to confirm that the compounds you order may be lawfully received at your destination. We reserve the right to decline orders to any region where these materials are restricted.
- Damaged Shipments
If a lot arrives visibly damaged in transit, follow the process in our Refund and Returns Policy within one (1) day of delivery.
