1. Eligibility

2. Research Use Only
   All compounds supplied by NÜME Labs are intended solely for laboratory research and development use. 4. Product Information and Documentation
   Each compound lot is documented with a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis verified through independent third-party HPLC and mass spectrometry evaluation. Product descriptions, category references, and supporting literature on this site are provided for informational and educational purposes only and describe where a compound appears in the research literature. They are not representations of any outcome.
5. Orders and Pricing
   All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to fall outside a legitimate research context. Pricing is listed in USD and is subject to change without notice.
6. Shipping
   Orders are dispatched from domestic facilities via secure couriers using temperature-stable packaging to protect chemical integrity during transit. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns
   Because custody transfer compromises material control and purity verification, compounds cannot be accepted for return once distributed. If a lot arrives visibly damaged in transit, contact us with documentation, and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.
8. Storage and Handling
   NÜME Labs is not responsible for material integrity compromised by improper storage or handling after delivery.
9. Limitation of Liability
   Compounds are supplied AS IS for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NÜME Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the purchase, handling, or use of any compound, or from any use that violates these terms or applicable law.
